We are excited to welcome Alexandre Lamontagne to the Larue team as our new Technical Trainer. With over 20 years of experience across mining, heavy equipment, and industrial operations, Alexandre brings a wealth of expertise that will greatly benefit our team, our dealers, and of course, our clients.
Throughout his career, Alexandre has built a strong foundation in training, supervision, and operations management. He has led employee development and delivered hands-on technical training in demanding field conditions. He has also supervised gravel road and airstrip maintenance in northern regions, developing strong leadership and problem-solving skills in remote and challenging environments.
His background includes extensive experience training operators on heavy equipment, combining classroom instruction with field practice. Earlier in his career, he also managed teams responsible for tailings and water management, ensuring safe and efficient operations around mining infrastructure.
This combination of technical knowledge, field leadership, and training expertise makes Alexandre a great addition to Larue. His role will focus on equipping our dealers and clients with the skills and knowledge to operate and perform maintenance on our industrial snow blowers.
