J.A. Larue, celebrated the grand opening of the expansion of its Quebec City factory and headquarters. It is the 4th phase of expansion since its foundation in 1973.
The expansion of 60,000 sq./ft ($4M) and the improvement of the existing building ($3M) provides Larue with a warehouse that can hold more than 1,000 skid spaces and a redesign of the production lines. This expansion helps to create 100 more snow blowers every year from the wide selection of 16 different customizable models. This investment creates 20 direct jobs at Larue and an estimated 100 indirect jobs in the Capitale-Nationale region. The expansion creates a safer and healthier work environment for the employees which is a primordial point at Larue. Larue management system is based on five values: dedication, passion, respect, team spirit and innovation.
